When you work in the Wedding Industry it becomes more than a job to you - it's your passion. You do it because you take pride in the contribution you make to the most important day of someone's life.
The Welsh National Wedding Awards proudly recognises the best of the best across Wales (North Wales falls under Region 5) They have recently started accepting nominations for the 2015 awards, where winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at Brangwyn Hall in Swansea on the 22nd November.
What's great about these awards is that it doesn't matter who has the most "likes" on Facebook or who has the most Twitter followers to drum up more votes; the only people who can make the nominations are the Bride and Groom, the Bride and Groom's parents, Maid of Honour, Best Man, Bridesmaids and Ushers.
Today I would like to introduce you to Rhiannon Pritchard, a Make-up Artist from Llandudno who won the Best Make-up Artist in North Wales at the 2014 awards.

What does it mean to you to be nominated?
Helping a bride to get ready on one of the most important days of her life is a privilege I will never tire of. It is such an honour for a bride to put her trust in me and I’m completely committed to making each bride I work with feel confident and beautiful.
I deeply appreciate that someone out there has taken the time to nominate me for the Welsh National Wedding Awards. I feel very proud, it means so much to know that people have been happy with the service I provide, to be nominated/voted for feels like the ultimate thank you.
I love what I do and get huge fulfilment from making my brides feel and look beautiful on their special day, but to get formal recognition for my work is amazing! I was completely shocked and totally thrilled when I won the award last year and feel huge gratitude to all the brides that have allowed me to be a part of their special day and to all the brides that kindly took the time to vote.
