I only post three times a week (well 4 if you count the weekly round-up on a Sunday) so I find the weeks fly by. Between the kids, the house, putting blog posts together and responding to e-mails/enquiries - there is so much to do but it's totally worth every minute.

Our business was set up in 1970 by my father who was a great collector of music. He was requested to provide some music for a friends’ party, and basically it went from there! I assisted him from the tender age of 11, and with music in my blood very quickly learned the art of DJing and electronics. Due to ill health in 2003, my fathers business was passed over to me. Since then we have introduced Karaoke as an extra string to the bow, which has proved to be a big hit due to shows like the Voice, and Britains Got Talent.
Where are you based and what geographical area do you cover?
We are based in Llanrug near Caernarfon in Gwynedd, but cover the Anglesey and the North Wales coast. We have also been proud to perform at weddings in Cardiff, and Chester.
How would you describe your style?
Our style is aimed at a varied audience and not focussed on any particular style. We believe that we are unique in that we can adapt ourselves to any type of party tastes, with experience brings a skill to be able to ‘read’ the audience. We are social and accommodating to a varied audience. Generally, there are various types of DJs available to the public, Club DJs, trance, hardcore, wedding/family DJs. We try to adapt to your requirements.
What makes you different to your competitor?
We are unique in that, first of all i am the only established female DJ in Gwynedd, and probably the only husband and wife DJ team! Secondly, what we offer is a package to suit all budgets - our prices will not scare your bank manager! We understand that every budget is different - so are we! We have an extensive collection of music ranging from 1950’s right through to present day charts. We also offer as part of our package a large screen display for wedding photos, videos or slideshows to be shown to evening guests. Personal messages and well wishing can also be typed out during the evening for additional entertainment.
What do you like the most about your job?
Watching everyone enjoying themselves, and the satisfaction at the end of the evening that I’ve done my job properly!
What sort of Bride/ Couple do you think you attract?
All types really! Especially music lovers and those that like to enjoy themselves! We have something for everyone, and their guests.
7) What would be your ideal wedding to work on?
Family and friends’ who like to enjoy music and partying, an interactive audience, however we understand that not everyone likes to dance, so we also offer a package that displays music videos so those guests have something to watch!
What’s been your proudest accomplishment so far?
Difficult one this one! Probably being successful in keeping the family business going for so long, and keeping audiences and parties dancing and singing!
Can you give me some information on your pricing structure
We understand that everyone has a budget to keep to - and all too often prices will be charged depending on the type of event your holding. Our prices will stay the same regardless whether its a wedding, birthday, or corporate event. Our fee for Anglesey, and up to Llandudno is £150. Price will only increase the further afield we need to travel.
