Today rounds off a great week in our house, as those of you who follow my personal Blog "Heart Mammi" will know we had some great news about our youngest daughter on Thursday...if you're not familiar with our story and are a teeny bit curious then you can catch-up on Thursday's significance here.
But did anyone here the thunder yesterday morning? I honestly thought something had landed on our roof with the noise it made; strangely none of our kids woke up with the racket. I should imagine there were a fair few wedding suppliers out and about in the teaming rain, it brightened up where we are for the afternoon - I hope that if you were at a Wedding yesterday (or if it was your Wedding Day) that the sun came out where you are too.
We have plenty of Wedding Goodness coming up on the blog again this week, but I thought I'd end this week in our usual style and look back over this week's post.
How involved is your Groom in your wedding plans? Or is he taking a back seat and letting you soldier on with the details with your Mam and your Bridesmaids? This was the subject of this week's Monday tips and you will find that post here.
Nia & Buster haven't got long until their Wedding Day next month, we caught up with them again for Real Weddings Wednesday. This week they shared their proposal story - and it is a truly Welsh proposal. To read their story please click here. We're always looking for couples who are planning their wedding to share their wedding planning journey with us, don't hesitate to get in touch if you think it's something you might be interested in and would like some more information.
I remember it was early 2008 and a Bride asked me if I'd ever heard of Chair Covers? Nope - I hadn't...then Rhian Hastings came along and transformed Weddings and I knew them. I had the pleasure of featuring Celebration Events for Supplier Profile Friday this week, what was supposed to be a "nice little Saturday Job" turned 7 years old - here she look's back on how it came to be.
Whatever you are up to today, I hope you're having a good one. I will be back tomorrow with another Monday Tip, some more words of Wisdom for you.
